About which SHARP MZ-80B are you talking and what you want save?

When I boot the computer in CP/M and modify the contents of the disk, erasing files for example, and type DIR, the content is correct.
But if I boot with the same floppy, changes I have made are lost.

I have not tried to use the tape...

Welcome to RW !!!

Understand, ill try to inform Takeda-san if you was talking about the EmuZ-80B. Do you the same problem with other emulators like Emuz2000TF, MZxEmu, ...?

Some BASIC listings (J)

Great, thanks!, I also have some listings (from BASIC Magazine) to upload :-). Ill try to recover them from my real FP-1100 using list850 tool.

Ive also been testing the SAVE feature and seems to work mostly fine; but seems it has a bug. The LOAD feature seems to work only once; after one succesful load if I want to try another wav file, I need to close the emulator as without doing that, emu keeps displaying "CMT: Ejected" after selecting the new file. Maybe am I doing something wrong?

To create your own WAVs from real BASIC listings using bas850 tool, you need to generate it in slow mode and ASCII.

Thank you Anna for those listings !
I have been looking for some time for such programs, so these are pretty cool

There is a slight error in the line numbering in the "TWINKLE" program
some lines have the same lines as others, so the program will not work.
Here are the line numbers to correct to make it work (I have left the old ---> new line number)
Fun game by the way !
Joscelyn

Código: Seleccionar todo

2600 ---> 2700 READ A$:DEFCHR$(224 + J * 4 + 3) = A$:CH$(J) = CH$(J) + CHR$(224 + J * 4 + 3)
2610 ---> 2710 NEXT J
2612 ---> 2712 CH$(0)=CHR$(135)+ CHR$(135) + CHR$(29)+CHR$(29) + CHR$(31) + CHR$(135) + CHR$(135)
2620 ---> 2720 RETURN

Vaya, ¡por eso no me funcionaba el "Twinkling Stars"!. Estoy encontrando bastantes errores en los listados...:-(. Estoy revisando el "Combat game" (RPG.txt) que también parece tener algún problema.

Seems that therere several errors in these listings. I think it could be a great idea to upload here the corrected ones.

I agree, "Twinkling Stars" doesnt work for me (eFP-1100) too.

jltursan try this one.

Rename the Rampack1_xxxxxx.bin to Rampack1.bin
Copy the Rampack1.bin into the root of the eFP-1100 folder.

Twinkling Stars (Rampack1_TWINKL.bin)
LOAD "PACK0:TWINKLE"
RUN
***
Back Gammon (Rampack1_BACKGM.bin)
LOAD "PACK0:BACKGM"

Here the other BASIC programs:
https://www.sendspace.com/file/4t3o8p

Available in .CAS/.WAV format and as Rampack.
Not sure "txtRPG" is working on "eFP-1100" or not.
Fact is, the Basic command: "SCREEN 1" doesnt work on newer versions.
It works on Common Source Code Project update (1/24/2015)

Thank you Anna for encapsulating these listings in wav, cas and Ram packs !
Which brings me to one point : Takeda has "broken" the multiple Rampack system, which is too bad.

Now you can only have one actve Rampack at any given point in time, which is unfortunate :(
Which means ONLY Ram Pack #0 works now (no more RAM Packs #1 to 5 which was pretty convenient)

Does the following command works on the real hardware or is my parameter wrong?
FORMAT "1:"
to format a floppy disk
If the command is correct then it does not work on "eFP-1100" /FD1 slot
I tried pre-formatted disk images in IMD/D88 format
Result: NR error

Yes Anna : FORMAT "1:" should work
Same problem with FORMAT "0:" : it generates an NR Error (Not Ready)

Thanks for the info, Joscelyn!

Update:
https://www.sendspace.com/file/4u4x52
Available in .CAS/.WAV format and as Rampack.
PS: "POKER" seems too big for the Rampack unit.
